How Telemedicine Works

Please note that currently, Telemedicine appointments are limited to established patients of Brandon Dermatology.

To gain access to our patient portal, please call our office, and we will give you a one-time password (case sensitive). Once you log in, you will be asked to create your new password.
Download The App

Download the Healow app from the app store on your smartphone or tablet. Identify yourself by entering your information and the practice code. Then set a pin to access your records securely.
Get Comfy

Find a private space where you can conduct the visit. While you can use any device with a camera, we recommend a smartphone or tablet in case your provider needs to see your skin up close.
